These Terms of Service govern your use of laclavecreative.com and any purchase you make from LaClave Creative LLC. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

LaClave Creative LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Our products are designed and sold through laclavecreative.com and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner.

Our Products
All LaClave Creative products are made to order. We do not hold inventory. Each product is created at the time of your purchase and shipped directly to you from our fulfillment partner's facility.
Product descriptions, sizing charts, and images are provided to help you make an informed decision. Please review them carefully before purchasing. Screen colors may appear slightly different from the finished printed product.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this site. This requirement reflects the policies of our print-on-demand partner, which does not produce or ship orders for customers under 18.
If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who places the order on your behalf and accepts these terms.
If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.
Orders and Payment
By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method entered.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax is collected where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Production and Shipping
Most orders are fulfilled within 3 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. After fulfillment, estimated shipping times within the United States are 3 to 4 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. LaClave Creative is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has shipped.
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at support@laclavecreative.com.
Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to its terms.
Summary: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect, provided you report the issue within 30 days of delivery with photos.
Intellectual Property
All designs, phrases, artwork, and written content on laclavecreative.com are the property of LaClave Creative LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use that item. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.

LaClave Creative products are designed to be encouraging and meaningful. They are not professional advice of any kind, medical, financial, legal, or otherwise. The words on our products reflect the brand's perspective on work, calling, and faith and are offered in that spirit only.
Our website and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms.
Limitation of Liability
LaClave Creative LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
