Ordering + Changes

Yes. Many items are print-on-demand, meaning your product is made after you place the order. We fulfill through Printify’s partner network and/or Printful, depending on the item and destination.

Sometimes—but only before production starts. Because made-to-order production begins quickly, cancellation and edits can be limited. If you need a change, email support@laclavecreative.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Please contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, address changes may not be possible. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment and/or additional costs may apply.

Yes—after checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk and then email support. (Make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.)

Sales tax may be collected where required.
Shipping + Tracking

Shipping time usually includes (1) production time + (2) carrier transit time. Production is typically about 2–7 business days, depending on the product and volume, and then shipping time depends on the method you select at checkout.

Options vary by product and destination. Where available, common estimates include Economy, Standard, Priority, and sometimes Express for eligible items. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen.

Usually, yes. Tracking is typically provided once your order ships (or is ready to ship). If you don’t see tracking yet, it may still be in production.

Because we use multiple fulfillment routes and print locations, multi-item orders may ship separately and can have different tracking numbers.

First, check around your delivery area (mailbox, side door, neighbors/front desk). Then contact the carrier for scan details. If you still can’t locate it, email us with your order number and what you’ve tried—we’ll help you investigate. (Please note: theft after confirmed delivery may not qualify for free replacement/refund.)

International availability depends on the product and destination. If available, international orders may take longer and can involve customs delays. Your country may charge duties/taxes that you’re responsible to pay unless otherwise stated.
Returns + Refunds + Replacements

Because many items are made to order, sales are generally final except for issues we caused (damage, defects, wrong item, or qualifying lost shipments). If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right with a replacement (reprint) or refund as eligible.

If reported on time, we typically cover:
Damaged in transit
Manufacturing/print defects
Wrong item received
Lost in transit (when there’s no customer/address error)

Not eligible (common examples): wrong size/color selected, changed mind, and normal printing/production tolerances (like small color or placement variation).

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for missing/lost shipments.

Usually, no. In most defect/damage cases, you won’t need to return it. If an unusual case requires a return, we’ll tell you first.

Because made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, we generally can’t offer exchanges for wrong size/color selections. Please use the size chart and product details before ordering.
Product Details + Print Variations

We work hard to represent products accurately, but some images may be digital mockups. Also, screens and print processes can cause small color differences.

Not always. Small placement shifts can happen as a normal part of production. These typical variations aren’t considered defects.

Use the size chart when provided on the product page. Apparel sizing can vary by style/brand, so the chart is the safest guide.

Shipping depends on item type/size and fulfillment location. If items are produced in different places, shipping may apply to each item and items may ship separately.
AI + “Artist-Only” Transparency

Some designs and mockups may involve AI during ideation or composition, but final selections, edits, and production files are human-reviewed. When AI is used, we label it clearly.

Our label is: “Designed with AI, handcrafted with final edits.” It means AI may have helped in parts of the process, but the final design is refined and approved by a human.

When a piece is created without AI assistance, it’s labeled as Artist-only (or equivalent wording) so you can shop by process preference.
Privacy + Emails + Accessibility

We collect information you provide (like shipping details and order info), information collected automatically (like device data and site activity), and information needed for payment and fulfillment (like shipping/tracking).

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary “data broker” sense. We share information only as needed to run the store, fulfill orders, and comply with the law (including with Squarespace, payment processors, Printify/Printful, and shipping carriers).

You’ll only receive marketing emails if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

Yes—cookies and similar technologies may be used for site functionality, preferences, analytics, and (if enabled) advertising/remarketing. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and/or a consent tool if present.

Yes. We publish real customer reviews and do not buy or sell reviews. If we use affiliate links or work with creators, we provide clear disclosures near the content.
