This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how shipping works at LaClave Creative (“we,” “us,” “our”) for orders placed at laclavecreative.com.
Because many of our items are made to order (print-on-demand), shipping time is usually a combination of:
Production time (printing/creating your item), plus
Carrier transit time (shipping to your address).
Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
1) Where We Ship
We ship to addresses supported by our fulfillment partner network and shipping carriers. Availability can vary by product and destination. (If an item can’t ship to your destination, you’ll typically see that at checkout.)
2) Production Time (Made-to-Order)
Most made-to-order items require production before they ship. Typical production time is up to about 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current production volume.
Can production be expedited?
Production itself generally can’t be expedited; however, some eligible products may offer an express option that shortens the overall time (where available at checkout).
3) Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times
Shipping methods and availability vary by product and destination. Where available, common options include:
Economy: ~4–8 business days (U.S.)
Standard: ~2–5 business days (U.S. for most products/providers) and ~10–30 business days (international)
Priority: ~2–3 business days (U.S.) / ~3–5 business days (international), where available
Express (eligible items only): ~2–3 business days including production (U.S.), where available
Important: These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or operational constraints can impact timing.
4) Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is not included in the product price and varies based on:
shipping method selected,
product type/size,
fulfillment partner/production location,
destination.
Shipping rates generally reflect carrier pricing and can change.
5) Multiple Items in One Order (Why Shipping Can Change)
If you order multiple items, shipping may be calculated in different ways depending on the items:
If multiple items are the same product type and are fulfilled by the same fulfillment partner, the order may qualify for a reduced “additional item” shipping rate.
If items differ significantly in type/size or are fulfilled by different partners/locations, full shipping may apply to each item, and items may ship separately.
6) Tracking
Tracking is typically provided once your order is ready to ship/has shipped. If you don’t see tracking right away, it may be because the order is still in production.
You’ll receive tracking (when available) by email once it’s generated.
7) Address Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Our fulfillment partners may not provide address validation, and even small typos can cause delivery failure.
Key address guidelines:
Use Latin characters only.
Keep address lines reasonably short (some systems enforce limits).
PO Boxes: recommended only for U.S. destinations; outside the U.S., PO Box delivery may be risky and is at the customer’s discretion.
PO Boxes have size limits—please ensure the item will fit.
8) Can I Change My Address After Ordering?
If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible at support@laclavecreative.com.
Once an order has entered production or is being prepared for shipment, address changes and shipping upgrades may not be possible. If an order is already in production, changes are not guaranteed, and changing the destination country after production begins may not be supported.
9) Delays and Prompt-Delivery Rules
If we learn we can’t ship within the time we promised (or within a legally required timeframe when no timeframe was provided), we will provide a delay notice and options consistent with U.S. prompt-delivery expectations, including the ability to cancel for a refund where required.
10) Lost, Missing, or “Stuck” Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t see the package:
Confirm the address on your order confirmation
Check around your delivery area (mailbox, front desk, neighbors)
Contact your local post office/carrier—packages are sometimes held for pickup
If the package appears lost or the tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at support@laclavecreative.com and we’ll help you investigate.
Time window: Please contact us promptly. Many fulfillment networks require issues to be reported within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date for the best chance of resolution.
11) Unsuccessful Delivery / Return-to-Sender
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or failure to pick up, you may have options such as:
Reshipment (additional costs may apply), or
A partial refund (often excluding shipping/handling), depending on the situation.
Because items are made to order, we can’t always re-route or “re-stock” returned items like a traditional warehouse would.
12) International Shipping (If Available)
International orders may involve:
Longer transit times (often 10–30 business days depending on method and country),
Customs processing delays, and
Import duties/taxes charged by your country (paid by the customer unless otherwise stated).
