Because every LaClave Creative product is made to order, please read this policy before purchasing.
What We Cover
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.
Contact us at support@laclavecreative.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
We will review your report and send a replacement or issue a refund. No return shipment is required.
What We Do Not Cover
Because all products are printed and fulfilled on demand at the time of purchase, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Buyer's remorse or a change of mind
Items ordered in the wrong size or color
Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order. Size charts are listed on each product page.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
Every order ships with tracking. If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please take the following steps before contacting us:
Check your tracking email for any updates or delivery exceptions.
Confirm that the shipping address on your order confirmation was entered correctly.
Check with your local post office and nearby neighbors.
If the address was correct and the package is still missing, contact us at support@laclavecreative.com with your order number. Please do this no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier before reaching out. We are unable to guarantee replacement of orders that show as delivered.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the delivery was unclaimed, we will contact you. We will hold the order for 30 days at no charge.
If you would like us to reship the order, shipping costs will apply. If the address error was ours, we will reship at no cost to you.
