LaClave Creative (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a made-to-order brand. Many of our products are created and shipped with the help of fulfillment partners (third-party production providers) and shipping carriers (delivery companies).
This disclosure explains how that works and what to expect.
1) What “Fulfillment Partner” Means
A fulfillment partner is a third-party company that helps us:
print or produce your item (made to order),
package it safely, and
hand it off to a shipping carrier for delivery.
We choose fulfillment partners to help us provide consistent quality and reliable delivery options.
2) What Information We Share (Only What’s Needed)
To produce and deliver your order, we share limited order information with our fulfillment partners and carriers, such as:
Name
Shipping address
Email and/or phone number (if required for delivery updates)
Order details (item, size, color, quantity)
Production specifications (print files, placement instructions, variant details)
We do not sell your personal information as a business model. We share it to run the store and fulfill your order. For more detail, see our Privacy Notice.
3) Why Orders May Ship in Separate Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may be:
produced at different locations,
handled by different fulfillment partners, or
shipped in multiple boxes.
That means you may receive:
multiple tracking numbers, and/or
items arriving on different days.
4) Production + Shipping Timelines
Because items are made to order, delivery time often includes:
Production time (making your product), plus
Carrier transit time (shipping to your address).
Estimated timelines shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, carrier delays, and operational constraints can affect timing.
5) Quality Standards and Normal Variations
We work to keep your experience consistent, but made-to-order production can include normal variation, such as:
slight differences in color due to screens and printing,
minor print placement variance,
small size variance within standard tolerances.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right under our Returns / Refunds / Replacements Policy.
6) Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Shipping carriers handle delivery and scanning events (e.g., “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” “Delivered”). Tracking updates can sometimes lag.
If your package shows “Delivered” but you don’t see it:
check around your delivery area and with neighbors/front desk,
then contact us so we can help you troubleshoot next steps.
7) Address Accuracy (Customer Responsibility)
You are responsible for entering an accurate, deliverable address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete:
delivery may fail or be delayed,
reshipment may require additional cost,
and refunds may be limited for made-to-order items.
If you notice a mistake, email us immediately—once production or shipping begins, changes may not be possible.
8) International Orders (If Offered)
If international shipping is available for an item:
customs processing may add delays,
and your country may charge import duties/taxes (paid by the customer unless we explicitly state otherwise).
