A few helpful notes while you wait

Many LaClave Creative items are made to order. That means shipping usually includes production time plus carrier transit time.

In most cases:

  • Production typically takes about 2–7 business days

  • After that, your package is handed off to the carrier

  • Total delivery timing is often about 1–2 weeks, depending on the item and shipping destination

If you’re contacting us about a shipment, please note that tracking updates can sometimes take a little time to appear after a label is created or after the package is handed to the carrier.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

We’re sorry that happened.

If your item arrived with a problem, we’re happy to review it. Please reply with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photo evidence of the item and the problem

To be eligible for review, requests for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders should be reported within 30 days of delivery or, for lost shipments, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for things like:

  • ordering the wrong size

  • choosing the wrong color

  • changing your mind after purchase

If there is a verified issue with the order, such as damage, a defect, or the wrong item being sent, we will review the order for an eligible replacement or refund based on our policy.
