Children’s Privacy Disclosure (COPPA) - LaClave Creative
Effective Date: February 5, 2026
Last Updated: February 5, 2026
LaClave Creative (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects families and takes children’s privacy seriously. This Children’s Privacy Disclosure explains our approach to personal information from children.
1) Our Site Is Not Directed to Children Under 13
Our website and products are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. (This aligns with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, often called “COPPA.”)
2) What We Mean by “Personal Information.”
“Personal information” can include things like a child’s:
name
address
email address
phone number
or other information that could identify or contact them.
3) If We Learn We Collected a Child’s Information
If we discover we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will:
delete it as soon as reasonably possible, and
take reasonable steps to prevent it from happening again.
4) What Parents/Guardians Can Do
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and include:
the email address used (if applicable),
the child’s name (if you know it),
and what information you believe was submitted.
We will review the request and take appropriate action.
