Production, Shipping & Returns

  • We make each item to order. Depending on the product and your shipping address, your order is fulfilled by Printify’s network of vetted print partners or by Printful (in-house production). This lets us keep fresh inventory, consistent quality, and fair prices.

    What this means for you

    • Some multi-item orders may ship in separate packages and show different tracking numbers.

    • Packaging and tracking pages may reference Printify, the producing print partner, or Printful.

    • We always route your order through the provider that best meets quality, speed, and destination needs.

    • Production (business days):
      Apparel: 2–5 · Wall art/frames: 3–7 · Mugs & hard goods: 2–5

    • Shipping windows: shown at checkout and in your tracking email. Carrier delays (weather, customs, peak season) are outside our control, but we’ll help where we can.

    • Split shipments: Items may arrive separately; combined shipping is not guaranteed.

    • Address accuracy: Enter the correct name, street, unit, city, state, ZIP/postal code, and phone. Carriers may not deliver to incomplete addresses.

  • Because products are made to order, all sales are final except for issues we caused.

    We’ll reprint or refund if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is lost in transit.

    To file a claim (within 30 days):

    1. Email support@laclavecreative.com with your order number.

    2. Attach clear photos of the product and package (for damage/defect), or your tracking link (for lost-in-transit).

    3. Tell us whether you prefer a replacement or refund.

    Not covered: buyer’s remorse (changed mind), wrong size/color ordered, or normal color/placement tolerances (see Section 5).
    Wrong address / undeliverable: If an order returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once you approve reship postage.

    Provider specifics we align to:

    • Printify route: Defects/damage → reprint/refund when reported within 30 days; invalid-address cases aren’t eligible for free reprints.

    • Printful route: Defects/damage → reprint/refund when reported within 30 days; lost-in-transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date; reship postage applies on wrong-address returns.

    • We can cancel or edit an order only before production starts.

    • If your order status shows “Waiting for fulfillment,” contact us immediately at support@laclavecreative.com.

    • Once production begins, cancellation isn’t guaranteed (and is usually not possible).

    • Color: Displays differ; small variations between on-screen mockups and printed items are normal.

    • Placement/cut-and-sew: Minor shifts are typical (about ±0.25 in / ±6 mm).

    • Materials: Fabric lots and coating finishes can vary slightly between providers and batches.

    • By submitting artwork or photos, you confirm you own the content or have written permission to use it.

    • We decline designs that infringe intellectual property or violate our content standards (no hateful, illegal, or explicit content).

    • To report possible IP infringement on our site, contact ip@laclavecreative.com.

    DMCA: Copyright owners may submit takedown notices to our Designated Agent at dmca@laclavecreative.com. Repeat infringement can lead to account/order restrictions.

    • Your country may assess import duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees. When not collected at checkout, these are due on delivery.

    • Carriers or customs may contact you to arrange payment. Refusal of duties can result in the package being returned or abandoned.

    • We publish real customer reviews and do not buy or sell reviews.

    • If we use affiliate links or work with creators, we provide clear disclosures near the content.

  • Privacy, Emails & Accessibility

    • Marketing emails always include a working unsubscribe and our mailing address.

    • We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility. If you experience a barrier, accessibility@laclavecreative.com.

  • Some designs and mockups may involve AI during ideation or composition. Final selections, edits, and production files are human-reviewed.
